Herrsching is located in the district of Starnberg, about 40 km southwest of Munich. The flats can be reached quickly and easily at any time thanks to the very good transport links, such as the local public transport connection (S8 Munich-Herrsching rapid transit railway).

Herrsching offers a well-developed infrastructure with a wide range of shopping and restaurant facilities, numerous service shops, doctors and a hospital. You can also relax after a hard day's work. A walk or a jog along the lake Ammer Promenade, which is only a 4-minute walk away, a workout in the sports studio with sauna or a tennis match can bring the day to a close just the way everyone likes it.
